Coach Rick is awesome!! He is a true Instructor. By the end of the first lesson I noticed a significant improvement in my sons ability to make solid contact with the ball. By the end of his 4th lesson in the cages he was hitting 70mph to 90mph with ease. He is 11 years old. There is no doubt in my mind that coach Rick can help any ball player at any age level!!

Coach Rick was fantastic! We've only had one session but he was able to connect with my son and install immediate confidence in his approach to hitting. Coach Rick spent half the session discussing his technique and the science to his approach. He was able to explain it in a way that an 8 year old could understand. The second half of the session was dedicated to actual hitting and applying the mental knowledge that he imparted to my son. His technique and approach work and I would recommend Coach Rick to anybody that wants to improve their hitting skills!

Our son got drafted up a division and is one of the smallest and youngest so he had something to prove. After the second game, he is now leadoff hitter, this is 100% due to Coach Ricks teachings. I absolutely LOVE how he approaches the game mentally so before my son even held the bat in our first session he had an understanding of the mental side. He still runs through all the mantras before and during his at bat and can't thank Coach Rick enough. Coach Rick's pure love of the game shows and I couldn't be thankful enough for what he's taught not only my son but me about the game of baseball.

My son's been playing baseball for the past 6 years. He's now on an 11u travel team and was having issues at the plate - striking out almost half the time. During our first lesson with Rick, he concluded that my son had good mechanics though wasn't "seeing" the ball. Through a few creative drills he helped him focus and see hitting from a new perspective. Looking forward to our next lesson with Coach Rick.

Coach Rick was amazing!! The way he brakes down baseball and how he explains it's mind blowing. Not only is he knowledgeable but, makes learning fun. I will definitely recommend coach Rick! Worth every penny.

Coach Rick does a great job explaining and breaking down the skill sets of batting, not only to the athlete (my 8 year old), but to the parent as well. So Mom and Dad can be better informed on how to help their child improve and enjoy the game.

Coach Rick was exactly what we were looking for in a hitting coach. I definitely recommend any new player or any player wanting to hit better to book 2-3 sessions with Coach Rick. His approach is extremely beneficial to a player of any age, yet he has also created a way to connect with kids to "get it" and be better in several ways. Highly recommended.

Wow!!!! Coach Rick is awesome!!! He is patient, and really knows his baseball! My son went to practice last night and first time up hit a triple!!!! Rick has the “secret” and now the confidence my son has is priceless!!! Thank you Rick!!! You are the BEST!!!

Rick is very methodical in his coach process. Rick has a knack for making things fun and connect with a child. My 8 years old son who has never played baseball, but has a lot of interest in it, learned a tremendous amount from Rick. I highly recommend Rick to anyone who wants to improve their baseball skills.

Rick is fantastic with my 8 and 11 year old boys. His techniques really work for young players that want to hit the ball. Many coaches expect kids to understand the definition of seeing the ball. It seems obvious but really is not. Rick defines "seeing the ball" through a series of drills and questions. Fun to watch the "light bulb" go on when the kids truly get it.

Coach Rick is the perfect coach! His depth of knowledge combined with his rapport with kids and parents is wonderful. He teaches all the skills needed to be a confident baseball player. My son is five and he was not only able to help with his batting mechanics but he was able to teach him the mental aspect of baseball in a way that my son could understand. Coach Rick enabled my son to feel confident and most importantly have fun! His love for the game is reflected in his eagerness to impart his wisdom on new generations of baseball players. I can't wait to see all of the progress my son will make this year.

Coach Rick is really one of a kind. He's so patient and encouraging with my 8 year old. You can tell he loves what he's doing and truly cares about his students. After 2 sessions, were starting to see some improvements in my son's hitting so we know were on the right path. He's both knowledgeable and compassionate which is a winning combination!
